Caroline R.S van Vloten, M.A., MLHR, ASIR, PHR
Caroline helps leaders optimize themselves, their organizations and their talent base - to operate more efficiently and to realize personal and business objectives.
Caroline has an outstanding track record in the corporate world as a global HR executive and an instrumental member of leadership and management teams and has extensive experience as an independent consultant and leadership coach. Her ability to combine business acumen and sound human resource strategy is unparalleled. She understands the impact on people and how culture as well as creative, innovative and aligned programs and operational processes can drive strategy execution and business value. She is an experienced leadership coach, advisor and facilitator.
Caroline is a Dutch-American seasoned professional with over 25 years of global Human Resource Management and business advisory and strategy expertise. She has worked and lived on three continents, traveled all over the world and speaks four languages. She is currently based in Colorado. Caroline is passionate about her work and is always focused on making the difference where it matters. Caroline held executive and senior HR positions at Global technology companies in all stages of growth from start-up to multi-national. She enjoys thinking out of the box and coming up with innovative and creative solutions to drive change and results.
Caroline is certified in the Burke Learning Agility suite of assessments and has experience with personality, motivation, and Emotional Intelligence assessments. She is a certified member of the Society of Human Resources Management and was a faculty member at the ABA Stonier Graduate School for Bankers from 2013-2016. She holds the following degrees: Master of Labor and Human Resources from The Ohio State University (MLHR); Post-Graduate degree in International Business from the University of Amsterdam (ASIR); Master of French Literature from the University of Amsterdam (MA).
