Caroline Gibson is a Dutch-American with twenty years of international Human Capital Management experience. She has worked and lived in Europe, South Africa, and multiple states in the USA. She is passionate about her work and her clients, and has worked and traveled all over the world. She is currently based in Colorado and speaks four languages: English, Dutch, French and German.
Caroline has an outstanding track record in the corporate world and as an independent consultant, with extensive experience in Leadership Development, Compensation, Reporting and Systems, Organizational Design and Alignment and Employee Attraction, Selection, and Engagement programs. Her ability to combine business acumen and sound human resource practice is unparalleled. She is an experienced trainer and facilitator.
Before founding OQ Consulting, Caroline held the position of Head of Human Resources, Europe for Dimension Data, a NTT Company and a global IT Services company, with responsibility for over 2,000 employees in twelve countries. She was an integral member of the European Executive Team and Global Leadership Forum. Prior to joining Dimension Data Europe, Caroline held a number of international HR positions in technology companies, in Europe, the US and South Africa.
Caroline is a certified member of the Society of Human Resources Management and a faculty member at the ABA Stonier Graduate School for Bankers and holds the following degrees: Master of Labor and Human Resources from The Ohio State University (MLHR); Post-Graduate degree in International Business from the University of Amsterdam (ASIR); Master of French Literature from the University of Amsterdam (MA).
